QBAMBA is a traditional food made for weddings in Guinea-Bissau.it's made to be shared among all the attendants in the party of the celabration. With this name the founder of the group called this musical projact deeply rooted in the music and rithmical flavor of Africa.

Made up of six musicians and one dancer QBAMBA is difficult to classify because of the cultural diversity of its members. Their show is a perfect fusion of  music and dance that refreshes constantly thruogh the different atmosphere that they create. It goes from the energetic-frenetic, passing through the calm, mistic and maditative moments to the most involvents and festives.

The group is born in Barcelona during the spring of 2000. They released their fist album in 2003,    “ Endjiram”, wich means thanks. The second album “No kana muri gossi”, wich means we won't die now, cames out in 2007. It's a double album that reflects the wide sonorous fan of the group.
